What is the Dosage of Zeolite
Many people want to know how much zeolite to take. It really varies from product to product, but it is virtually impossible to overdose so don’t worry if you get an extra dose or take larger servings.
Let’s start with the zeolite products in dropper bottles.
The label of the mlm brand (Natural Cellular Defense) of liquid claims to have 24mg in 3 drops. The recommended dosage is 3 drops 3 times a day. However, all the reps are told that in order to get a "detox" amount, one needs to take 10 drops 3 times a day, and if you have serious issues (like cancer) then they will tell you to take 15 drops 4 times a day.
Don’t worry that this is too much. There is only (at most), 2400 mg of zeolite in an entire bottle, and 2400 mg is only 1/2 of the recommended dose used in the studies. In other words, you could take 6 bottles of NCD per day and still be just getting the dose recommended and used in all of the scientific studies proving zeolite works.
The liquid brand "Zeopure" is developed by the same guy that does the liquid for the mlm company, so it is unlikely there is any more in their product. You should be quite safe to follow the same guidelines.
For other liquid products follow the instructions on the label, but remember, the liquids don’t hold very much zeolite so it is impossible to take too much of them.
Zeolite Powder
Clean micronized activated zeolite powder is what was used in all the studies. They used and recommended 5000 mg 3 times a day or even more, and there is 5000mg in one level teaspoon of Zeolite Pure powder. You can take 1 level teaspoon once a day for prevention of illness, or to detoxify. If you have a serious health issue you can take 5000 mg 3 times a day or even more. Do you see why you don’t need to worry about taking too much liquid?
The only thing you need to be concerned about is constipation, and getting a little dry. Zeolite absorbs water, and it also causes you to urinate more. Just make sure you drink plenty of fresh water, and if you are prone to constipation, increase your fiber by eating pleanty of fresh organic fruits and vegetables.
Zeolite for Children
Zeolite is perfectly safe, and very beneficial for children. Children should take dosages according to their body weight, so for example, if a child weighed 1/2 the amount of an adult, then they should take 1/2 the amount. Just remember there are no dangerous side effects, and no concern of overdose, so if you aren’t great in math, you won’t cause any harm.
Zeolite for Pets
Yes clinoptilolite is even safe for your beloved pets. Just get a canister of zeolite powder and mix a bit in with their wet food. They won’t even know it is there. Just remember to make sure your pet gets enough fresh pure water.
